Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial intake assessments tailored to each student’s strengths and needs, fostering an environment of trust and openness.

• Independently develop and implement effective treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and intervention strategies designed specifically for educational settings.

• Deliver individual and group therapy to students, guiding them through personal and interpersonal growth, and addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, and social difficulties.

• Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Minimize administrative burdens by maintaining concise documentation, including initial intake notes, treatment plans, and progress notes after each session.

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds within the school systems in San Jose, California. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is a fundamental requirement.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
