Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that tailored strategies are aligned with family goals.

• Monitor outcomes and provide feedback as a member of interdisciplinary teams, contributing to children’s progress and family support.

• Facilitate effective communication and build rapport with children and their families to enhance a supportive learning environment.

• Implement natural environment teaching methods, coaching families to support their child’s development in daily routines.
\n
• Provide families with resources, skills training, and emotional support to empower them in their caregiving roles.

• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will focus on supporting babies and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities, addressing their unique needs in critical growth areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your work will play a vital role in guiding these young children and their families through early intervention programs designed to maximize developmental outcomes during the crucial early years of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, with current licensure as an LCSW from the Department of Public Health.

• At least one year of experience working with children within early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
