Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Winds Of Change Behavioral Health, you will:

• Provide therapeutic services to students, couples, and families, conducting secure virtual sessions that cater to varying needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address individual client challenges.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments, adapt treatment strategies as necessary, and maintain comprehensive documentation of sessions following HIPAA guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to integrate holistic support strategies, ensuring that clients receive a thorough and responsive care approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will be children and adolescents within the school system, as well as their families. You will address a wide array of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma responses. This role is important in fostering a safer, more supportive school environment by addressing and mitigating mental health challenges early on.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:
