Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to understand the strengths, needs, and challenges of clients, including children, parents, and school staff.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling services tailored to individuals, families, and groups, facilitating therapeutic interventions that promote personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Work closely with educators and school administrators to develop and implement integrated support systems that address the diverse needs of students.

• Actively advocate for clients’ rights and assist in accessing vital community resources and support services that enhance their overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on supporting school-aged children and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, particularly within educational or community settings.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and evidence-based.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and caseload.
