You will collaborate closely with educational staff and other mental health professionals to provide support in schools, enhancing the accessibility and effectiveness of mental health interventions for students in need.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct timely and effective therapy sessions with clients, following strict adherence to scheduled appointments.

• Document sessions and treatment plans within 72 hours, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards set by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• Work collaboratively with support staff to maintain a schedule that optimizes client treatment availability.

• Uphold professionalism in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and school personnel, exhibiting a positive attitude and professional attire.

• Implement best practices derived from the latest research and community feedback to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on school-aged clients, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. You will assess student psychosocial histories, conduct suicide assessments, and develop treatment plans that facilitate their academic and personal success. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted California Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
