This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while providing essential services within school environments. As part of our team, you will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience. There may also be occasions to work on-site at partner schools, fostering relationships with staff and students to create a supportive atmosphere. Our typical work hours will align with school schedules, but occasional evenings and weekends may be required to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and strengths.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, focusing on measurable goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and behavioral challenges.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute emotional distress while working closely with school personnel and families during emergencies.

• Document all client interactions and treatment services in a timely and accurate manner, using our electronic health record system.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health care, contributing to team meetings and professional development sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LCSW will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health concerns that impact their school performance and social interactions. This may include students facing challenges such as bullying, learning disabilities, trauma, and family issues. Our goal is to empower students to build coping skills for everyday challenges and support their overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current and valid California state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
