Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ mental and emotional health to develop tailored care plans that address individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help students navigate challenges and improve their mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with educational staff and other professionals to create a holistic support system for students, enhancing their academic and social skills.

• Provide educational resources to families about mental health topics, promoting understanding and engagement in the care process.

• Incorporate the latest advances in mental health research to optimize therapeutic interventions and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clients served in this role are students from diverse backgrounds, ranging from elementary to high school age. You will address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and social skills deficits, helping students develop resilience and coping mechanisms. Your work will directly impact their academic success and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
