Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly assess and counsel clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, collaborating with families and referring to additional services as necessary to support students’ educational and emotional well-being.

• Implement and monitor integrated care plans, ensuring effective communication and coordination among healthcare, educational, and family systems.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a respectful and culturally competent manner, focusing on empowerment and informed choice.

• Participate as an active team member in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing to case discussions and treatment planning with a focus on advancing shared goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including case notes and progress reports, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and organizational guidelines.

• Actively engage in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support to students and families in distress.

• Take part in ongoing professional development opportunities and training sessions to enhance skills and practice standards.

• Cover on-call duties during and after program hours as scheduled, providing emergency support as needed.

Qualifications\n
