This position is a remote role focused on providing support within school settings. As part of our innovative approach, you will work closely with educational staff and administrative personnel to develop and deliver effective mental health interventions tailored to students' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Individualized Treatment Planning: Based on thorough assessments, you will create customized treatment plans that incorporate both individual and group therapy modalities, aligning evidence-based practices with each client’s unique needs.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Conduct engaging individual and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering personal growth, overcoming dependencies, and instilling positive coping strategies among students.

• Goal Setting: Collaborate with clients to establish realistic and achievable treatment goals, adhering to ethical and legal standards within the therapeutic process.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate progress notes and treatment records that comply with state and federal regulations, ensuring the highest standard of care.

• Collaboration and Supervision: Work closely with the clinical director by participating in chart audits and reviewing clinical notes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least 2-3 years of experience in social work, specifically in substance use, mental health centers, or within school systems.

• Proven direct clinical case management experience, with a thorough understanding of mental health care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
