Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s mental health concerns, family dynamics, and resources available to them.

• Provide individualized, family-centric, and group therapy through evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with specific goals tailored to each client's needs, adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance efficacy.

• Collaborate closely with educational staff, including teachers, administrators, and school counselors, to ensure that treatment plans align with academic goals and support student success.

• Conduct crisis interventions and risk assessments to provide timely support during critical situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring thorough tracking of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups aimed at promoting mental health awareness and skills amongst the student population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with students from diverse backgrounds, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
