Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students’ mental health concerns and strengths, incorporating information from teachers, parents, and school administrators.

• Implement individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and family systems therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to fit various dynamics and promoting effective communication.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, providing prompt risk assessments and safety planning to ensure student well-being in emergent situations.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including school staff, psychologists, and external agencies, to coordinate care and support for students.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in adherence with ethical and legal regulations, ensuring compliance with the standards of care.

• Develop and deliver psychoeducation workshops and support groups that empower students, parents, and staff about mental health awareness and strategies.

Your primary focus will be on students in need of mental health support, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
