Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Revelation Counseling Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Administering various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to address the complexities of substance use disorders.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure the delivery of coordinated care, including regular case consultations and strategizing intervention approaches.

• Educating clients and their families on available resources, coping strategies, and skills that can aid in recovery.
\n
• Staying updated on current research trends and integrating new findings into therapeutic practices to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Managing your caseload effectively by setting achievable treatment goals and ensuring adherence to ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will be students dealing with mental health challenges linked to substance abuse, a vulnerable population that requires understanding and specialized intervention. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
