Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Renewed Harmony Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and quality care.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams—including educators, school psychologists, and other mental health providers—to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Conducting regular case reviews and participating in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and service delivery.

• Providing educational resources and emotional support to students and their families about mental health topics, available treatments, and community resources.

• Managing a full caseload effectively to ensure timely treatment while adhering to ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
