Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, resources, and strengths, creating a foundation for effective treatment.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans with clear goals and identify appropriate interventions, tracking progress to adapt strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals, to coordinate client care and ensure integrated treatment approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients facing acute challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, aligning with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
