Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients’ mental health status through evidence-based practices and tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring that cultural diversity and specific patient needs are incorporated.

• Monitor and assess patient progress continuously, adapting interventions and strategies as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, treatment reports, and other required documentation using advanced technology compliant with regulatory standards.

• Facilitate education and mentoring for students, interns, and volunteers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.

• Work hand-in-hand with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and referral options, enhancing the patient experience and supporting seamless transitions between services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
