Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain consistent documentation in accordance with company policies, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies to provide immediate support and assistance to clients facing psychological or social emergencies.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case management reviews to discuss client progress and share insights for comprehensive care coordination.

• Research and connect clients to community resources, such as food assistance, childcare, and mental health services, effectively advocating for clients' holistic needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
