Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that delineate specific therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

• Engage in collaborative treatment with other professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessment and safety planning, to clients in acute distress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and lead psychoeducation classes that promote mental health awareness and coping strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
