In this full-time remote position, you will focus on delivering comprehensive psychosocial support to individuals in a leading detoxification center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Work Environment\n

This role allows for a flexible remote work environment, designed to promote a healthy work-life balance. While your primary responsibilities will be conducted from your home office, occasional engagements or meetings may be required at our detox facility in Las Vegas. Your schedule will primarily consist of Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' psychosocial needs, addressing emotional, mental, and social factors.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families to meet their specific goals and preferences.

• Provide counseling and emotional support to individuals and families as they navigate complex challenges and life transitions.

• Advocate for client rights, ensuring necessary access to community resources and services.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and caregivers, to optimize care delivery.

• Perform regular follow-ups to assess client well-being, living conditions, and safety.

• Facilitate effective communication among family members involved in the client's care, resolving conflicts as needed.

• Educate clients about available community resources, support groups, and programs aimed at enhancing social engagement.

• Maintain accurate client documentation, including assessments, care plans, and progress notes, in compliance with ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals in withdrawal or recovery from substance use, alongside a diverse client demographic, including seniors facing mental health and social challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least two years of experience in a social work capacity, preferably in a community center or geriatric care setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
