Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to understand the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that consider their cultural backgrounds and individual goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), across various formats: individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

• Provide critical crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, ensuring a swift and relevant response to emergencies.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions, equipping clients and their families with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage their mental health conditions effectively.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care for all patients, actively participating in case discussions and treatment planning.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
