Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain detailed and audit-compliant patient records in the AWARDS electronic health record system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, family members, and clinical staff to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Participate in the evaluation and onboarding of interns, offering mentorship and guidance throughout their training and performance assessments.

• Engage in crisis intervention and clinical consultation, providing support via telehealth and face-to-face methods as required.

• Support the agency's compliance efforts by taking part in audits and quality improvement initiatives related to documentation and service delivery.

• Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for interns and trainees, ensuring they are well-prepared and compliant with current standards.

• Assist in the organization and promotion of recruitment events aimed at attracting talented interns and professionals to the clinic.
