Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and provide therapeutic support through both short-term psychotherapy and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of a diverse clientele.

• Offer expert consultation and recommendations for counseling needs, guiding individuals and families on the best therapeutic paths forward.

• Plan and execute outreach activities aimed at educating the community about available mental health resources and reducing stigma surrounding mental health treatment.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development, remaining current with best practices in social work and therapy.

• Provide timely crisis assessment and intervention services, equipping individuals with coping strategies and emergency support options when needed.

• Assess suicidal concerns through detailed evaluations and, when necessary, facilitate arrangements for hospitalization, ensuring that patients receive the care they require.

• Create personalized treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing feedback from clients, integrating appropriate psychotherapeutic interventions and referrals for long-term support as needed.

• Flexibly perform responsibilities in both remote and in-person settings, according to the needs of clients and organizational requirements.

In this role, you will primarily support a diverse adolescent and college-aged population navigating various challenges related to substance use and mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work is required along with a current LCSW licensure. Candidates with a fully licensed LMHC designation will also be considered.
