Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring an accurate understanding for tailored intervention.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, performing risk assessments and safety planning when immediate support is necessary.
