Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality clinical services as a clinician in various settings, including individual and group therapy sessions for assigned clients.

• Assess and diagnose clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disturbances, employing evidence-based practices.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical outcomes as per regulatory and organizational standards.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they are centered around the client's unique needs and personal goals.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to align treatment strategies and share insights on improving client care.

• Utilize various tools and methodologies to monitor client progress and utilize novel strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with practices and innovations in social work and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse client population, including individuals with significant mental health diagnoses, as well as those facing critical life transitions within a hospice context. Your experience will enable you to apply strengths-based approaches while respecting clients’ diverse backgrounds and perspectives. You will help clients navigate their complex emotional landscapes, ensuring they receive comprehensive support throughout their treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
