Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to operate from home while maintaining regular, scheduled office hours of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Your role will involve collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that both remote and in-office efforts lead to the best possible outcomes for our clients. The outpatient office environment will support seamless communication among team members to address complex client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and providing therapy to clients experiencing major mental health issues, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Implementing evidence-based practices while maintaining a strong focus on client empowerment and choice throughout the therapeutic process.

• Collaborating with team members to develop integrated care plans that ensure clients have access to necessary services and support systems.

• Crisis intervention and responding to emergencies as they arise, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective support.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress, treatment plans, and discharge criteria in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Participating in team meetings and committees that focus on quality improvement and enhance service delivery methodologies.

• Adhering to ethical standards set forth by professional guidelines and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

• Ensuring the safety of clients and maintaining a secure therapeutic environment by identifying and addressing potential risks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults and adolescents who are navigating some of life's most challenging mental health crises. Working with diverse populations, you will encounter clients who come from varied traditions and belief systems, requiring cultural competence and sensitivity in all interactions. Your efforts will be directed toward providing compassionate, individualized care that respects each client’s unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of California.
\n
• At least 2 years of experience as a clinical social worker in a relevant mental health setting.

• Expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, risk assessment, and crisis intervention.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients, families, and colleagues.

• Demonstrated organizational abilities and planning skills to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

• Cultural competence in addressing age-related or specialty issues relevant to the population served.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish, as this will enhance our ability to serve a broader segment of the community effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
