Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Marvin Behavioral Health, your primary tasks will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to clients across a wide age range, tailoring sessions to meet their unique needs.

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing effective treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely case notes and documentation for all therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal guidelines.

• Utilizing our comprehensive billing service that manages client and insurance accounts, allowing you to focus on client care without administrative distractions.

• Scheduling ongoing appointments and managing your calendar effectively to ensure timely follow-ups and continuity of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population includes individuals and couples facing a variety of mental health challenges. As an LCSW, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who seek assistance with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Must hold a current LCSW license and be eligible to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
