Our team works diligently to accommodate clients’ needs with flexible scheduling, including some evening and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and clinical training to perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses for patients facing challenges related to substance use and mental health.

• Develop collaborative, patient-centered treatment plans in partnership with clients, focusing on their unique needs, strengths, and goals.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including but not limited to, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation strategies.

• Coordinate with a variety of healthcare professionals, including therapists, psychologists, and primary care providers, to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach to patient care.

• Monitor patient progress towards their treatment goals through systematic tracking and regular assessments, conducted either virtually or in person.

• Support psychotropic medication management, working in conjunction with medical providers to ensure adherence to prescribed treatment, monitor side effects, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals in a detox and recovery setting. Our patient population consists of clients dealing with various mental health and substance use challenges, often requiring a multi-faceted therapeutic approach. As an LCSW, you will play a critical role in empowering these individuals on their journey to recovery, utilizing trauma-informed and culturally competent practices to build rapport and trust.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy as an independently licensed clinician.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
