Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify needs and strengths.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) designed to cater to each child's unique developmental trajectory.

• Monitor and assess educational outcomes, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to adapt strategies as necessary.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, equipping them with valuable skills to enhance their child's development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations to maintain high standards of service delivery.

• Build trusting relationships with children and families to foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment (NLE) methodologies to inform your interventions.

• Document all assessments, interventions, and progress in accordance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children, particularly babies and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will engage with families in various settings, bolstering their capacity to support their children's growth in critical domains such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your work will contribute significantly to the overall development of children during the crucial early years of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work or Doctorate of Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license is preferred.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience in early intervention or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
