Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and support systems, ensuring a holistic understanding of each individual.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans that set measurable goals and outline specific interventions for each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educators, to coordinate comprehensive care for students.

• Provide crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments, proactively creating safety plans to support at-risk clients effectively.

• Document all therapeutic interactions and client progress in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, maintaining accurate records in a timely manner.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops designed to foster supportive communities and enhance coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
