Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be conducted remotely, allowing our social workers the flexibility to manage their schedules while providing quality support to students in need. Although the setting is primarily virtual, you will be closely integrated with school staff, administration, and parents. The role may also involve occasional in-person meetings or school visits to facilitate coordination and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ psychological, emotional, and social needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with each student's unique goals and needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, mental health professionals, and families, to ensure a comprehensive approach to each client’s care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and engage in risk assessments to address immediate mental health concerns.

• Maintain precise and timely client documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing digital health records systems effectively.

• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops and provide guidance in a group therapy setting to promote community and support among students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents attending local schools who are facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related challenges. Your work will focus on creating tailored interventions that target not only the individual needs of students but also the broader context of their educational environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
