Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ mental health needs through interviews and observations to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to support students’ mental health and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with educators, school administrators, and families to create a comprehensive support network for students, optimizing the implementation of treatment plans.

• Regularly review and adjust care plans based on progress and changes in the students’ needs, employing data-driven decision making.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to students during urgent situations, ensuring safety and addressing immediate mental health concerns.

• Stay informed of the latest trends, research, and legislative changes in the mental health field to apply best practices in clinical work.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of interactions with students and ensure compliance with confidentiality protocols and professional ethics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents, offering specialized support for a wide array of emotional and psychological challenges. Your expertise will be critical in addressing behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma, positioning you as a key contributor to the students’ academic and personal success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Nevada.

• Strong communication and rapport-building skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications.
