Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify the specific needs and strengths of each individual.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, ensuring a culturally sensitive approach to each case.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute emotional distress, collaborating with school personnel and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, following established regulatory guidelines and clinic policies to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Conduct psychoeducation sessions for students and their families to enhance understanding of mental health conditions, promoting effective management strategies.
