Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused interventions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate client-specific goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique needs.

• Collaborate with educational staff, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to provide an inclusive, therapeutic environment.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed to protect client welfare.

Qualifications\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, along with a generous sign-on bonus structure.
