Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments of students to identify strengths, challenges, and areas needing support.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring interventions align with both clinical assessment and educational goals.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy to students, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to meet varying cognitive and emotional needs.

• Advocate for student rights and navigate access to community resources, ensuring families receive comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of challenges including anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, and family conflicts. Your efforts will contribute to creating a safe and supportive educational space, enabling students to thrive academically and emotionally. You will collaborate with school staff to promote mental health awareness and ensure early intervention strategies are effectively implemented.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, particularly in school environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
