Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed therapy, to address a variety of mental health disorders.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging personal growth and equipping students with effective coping strategies and emotional regulation skills.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches for each student.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and determining necessary referrals for further care.

• Provide psychoeducation to students and families, empowering them to understand mental health challenges, treatment modalities, and available resources.

• Maintain rigorous and accurate documentation following legal and ethical standards, including treatment plans and progress notes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
