Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children with disabilities or developmental delays to determine their needs and appropriate interventions.

• Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that detail personalized goals and strategies for child development.

• Monitor and document the progress of children and families, providing regular updates to multidisciplinary teams to promote cohesive care.

• Offer individualized support and resources to families, helping them understand their child’s unique challenges and strengths.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations that govern early intervention services, maintaining a high standard of ethical and professional conduct.

• Build relationships with children, families, and educational staff, creating a supportive atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.

• Design and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, particularly focusing on Natural Learning Environment principles and family-centered approaches.

• Provide hands-on training to families through coaching and support in natural environments, enhancing their skills to facilitate child development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with infants and toddlers, along with their families, focusing on those dealing with disabilities or developmental delays. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW licensure from the Department of Public Health.
