Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions tailored to the needs of students and their families, addressing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses utilizing established psychological tests, ensuring an accurate understanding of each student’s unique circumstances.

• Collaboratively create individualized treatment plans that align with the goals and needs of each client, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, effectively conducting risk assessments for suicide and determining appropriate levels of care, including referrals for hospitalization.

• Work in partnership with educational professionals and other healthcare providers to coordinate care, integrating therapeutic approaches into the students' academic environment.

• Document all client interactions swiftly and accurately, adhering to compliance standards and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Participate in the formulation and implementation of clinical policies and procedures that enhance service delivery and promote best practices among staff.

Qualifications\n
