Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses when necessary, and evaluations of patients’ mental health status using appropriate clinical tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Monitor and assess patient progress continually and adjust interventions as needed to align with the established mental health diagnosis.

• Maintain precise and timely treatment records, reports, and other clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and departmental policies.

• Coordinate referrals and act as a crucial link between patients and treatment providers, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

Qualifications\n
