Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client.

• Develop and implement detailed, individualized treatment plans that outline measurable goals and interventions to ensure targeted progress.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated care and comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment services, including safety planning to help clients manage acute challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
