Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status and effectiveness of care, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders as a guide.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring cultural diversity and special needs are considered.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating continuity of care.

• Regularly monitor and assess patient progress, adapting interventions and strategies as necessary to achieve desired treatment outcomes.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to establish referral options and act as a liaison between patients and external treatment providers.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
