Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. You can expect to work 40 hours per week while balancing both telemedicine appointments and in-person sessions as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses using evidence-based tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to create individualized care plans.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adapt interventions, applying effective therapeutic strategies to support their mental health journey.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records, employing current technologies to comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Collaborate with each patient and significant stakeholders to develop and implement effective treatment plans that encompass cultural and individual needs.

• Proactively identify areas for patient safety and symptom management, working within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Coordinate referral options and foster professional relationships with external providers, ensuring patients are connected with appropriate additional resources.

• Provide education and mentorship opportunities for students and interns, contributing to the growth of future clinicians.

• Participate in clinical supervision and peer reviews as instructed, supporting ongoing development within our clinical team.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

• Current California License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a highly competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
