Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess, diagnose, and evaluate the mental health status of patients using appropriate tools, including the DSM-5, to inform and shape individualized care plans.

• Document and maintain accurate treatment records, clinical notes, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational procedures.
