Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality teletherapy services to a diverse client base, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs.

• Manage your own caseload, with the flexibility to choose your working hours—whether it’s a part-time commitment of as little as five hours per week or a full-time caseload exceeding 40 hours per week.

• Engage in minimal paperwork. Our platform efficiently handles documentation, enabling you to focus on interactions with clients and providing effective counseling.

• Participate in continuous professional development, utilizing our library of thousands of therapy tools to enhance your practice.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client mental health status to guide treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will concentrate on providing care to clients with stable, low-acuity mental health needs. Clients will be pre-screened, ensuring that you are matched with individuals who align with your expertise and preferences. You will have the autonomy to select demographics based on your specialty, paving the way for rewarding therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas, with no disciplinary actions against your license.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with clients, families, and administrative staff.

• A self-starter who is independent, innovative, and comfortable working within a remote environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. You will benefit from:
