Work Environment\n

This role is structured as a remote position, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Our standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM, with the option for shifts that can be 4x10 or 5x8. Key Responsibilities\n

As a LCSW at Mountain Side Counseling & Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, group, couple, and family therapy to address various mental health challenges, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Conducting thorough assessments by interviewing clients to gather pertinent social, personal, environmental, and health information.
\n
• Evaluating and treating a range of behavioral health problems, establishing treatment plans that focus on client-specific needs.
\n
• Coordinating and facilitating programs aimed at addressing social and emotional needs, including crisis intervention and community referrals.
\n
• Establishing a therapeutic relationship characterized by mutual respect, trust, and acceptance with clients to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Documenting clinical findings and treatment plans according to established protocols and maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.
\n
• Continuing to assess the effectiveness of provided treatment and making adjustments as necessary to enhance client care.

• Participating in ongoing professional development and staying updated with best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
