Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify their unique developmental needs.

• Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), aligning goals with the child’s developmental milestones.

• Monitor and analyze the outcomes of interventions, adjusting strategies based on the child's responses and family priorities.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and natural learning environment approaches to foster healthy relationships and effective learning experiences for both children and families.
\n
• Provide targeted support and resources to families, equipping them with strategies to enrich their child’s learning and development.
\n
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations to ensure compliance in all practices and maintain a high standard of care.

• Foster a positive and nurturing environment by building rapport with children, families, and team members to promote effective collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus for this role is primarily on children aged zero to three years who require early intervention services due to developmental delays or disabilities. You will be instrumental in helping these children acquire essential skills across various domains such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Must hold a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential as mandated by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
