Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients both in office and community settings, focusing on individuals with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Carry an assigned caseload with responsibilities that include assessment, individual, group, and family therapy.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and prepare for more comprehensive assessments as warranted, ensuring appropriate action for client care.

• Create and implement integrated care plans, coordinating with other healthcare providers, family members, and support systems.

• Offer crisis intervention and actively engage in safety assessments and reporting of unsafe situations, abiding by professional ethical guidelines.

• Participate team meetings to enhance service delivery and collaborate effectively to meet mutual goals.

• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring timely completion of reports and data submissions as required for treatment evaluation.
