Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to establish client needs.

• Collaborate with clients and their families to create customized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and align with their specific goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients facing acute mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in accordance with all clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Educate patients and their families on managing mental health conditions, equipping them with strategies and skills for effective self-care.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate holistic care for patients.

• Conduct regular evaluations of treatment outcomes to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to enhance patient progress.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health, implementing newfound knowledge into your therapeutic approach.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and ensure confidentiality of all patient information at all times.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work is required; a Master's degree in Social Work is preferred.

• Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
