Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to determine patients' specific needs.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate cultural considerations and address personal goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in diverse settings including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, working closely with other healthcare professionals to assure comprehensive care for patients in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Deliver psychoeducation to empower patients and their families with knowledge and strategies to manage their mental health conditions effectively.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to facilitate coordinated care.

• Evaluate treatment effectiveness through regular outcome assessments, making necessary adjustments to improve patient outcomes continuously.

• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health to enrich clinical practice.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of all patient information at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
