Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through virtual consultations and therapy sessions.

• Build and maintain a therapeutic rapport with clients, ensuring a safe and trusting environment for open communication.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that encompass both prevention and recovery strategies.

• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure each client receives well-rounded care, including coordination of services and resources.

• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring timely completion of required reports while adhering to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by our organization.

• Participate actively in weekly team meetings to discuss strategies, share insights, and continuously improve clinical outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, including support during emergency situations to assess risk and determine appropriate clinical interventions.

• Conduct client outreach and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care during off-hours as assigned, contributing to integrated care solutions.

• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and explore new methodologies to improve patient experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a highly diverse population, addressing the needs of individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will be particularly engaged with those facing barriers to mental health care, including low-income families, veterans, and individuals with complex trauma histories.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health settings, particularly working with populations experiencing severe emotional disturbances.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload while prioritizing client needs and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Competency in addressing cultural, developmental, and age-specific needs with sensitivity and respect.

• Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
