Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and community resources.

• Provide a spectrum of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that prioritize client goals, ensuring active participation in their recovery process.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and comprehensive care delivery.

• Offer crisis intervention support, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans for clients in need of immediate assistance.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
