Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks to support our patients' recovery journeys:

• Implementing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based strategies, adjusting your approach based on each patient's unique requirements.

• Keeping detailed and accurate clinical records aligned with HIPAA regulations and other governing standards to ensure a high level of compliance and care continuity.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a holistic care plan for patients and share insights and observations that enhance treatment strategies.

• Contributing to regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at maintaining the highest standards of care and advancing your professional learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
